    QSR VIET NAM is operating well-known, international fast-food brands from USA, and will invest into other major fast-food franchises over the next few years. QSR-VN will grow the number of stores in both Hanoi and HCMC as well as expand into other major urban centers in Vietnam (including Can Tho, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Vung Tau, Nha Trang, etc.). At present, QSR Vietnam is investing and operating 3 brands – Dairy Queen, The Pizza Company and Swensen’s.

    Mô Tả Công Việc
    • In charge of C&B including: Time – sheet, Payroll, Allowance, Bonus, Social insurance, PIT, Labor and Others for employees accurately, effectively and confidentially.
    • Maintain regular contacts with managers and ensure a comprehensive knowledge of current labor regulations, policy and procedure company.
    • Elaborate new C&B policies based on business growth and law. Compare with the labor market, the competitor to build-up good salary, benefits policy.
    • Effective inform employee about C&B policies and handle all of questions related to C&B policies and salary.
    • Review all process of C&B: payroll, annual 13th month bonus, annual performance bonus…policy.
    • Coordinate with Bank staff for payment and create ATM for employees.
    • Handle and preserve social insurance book of employee.
    • Handle and take care Labor contract, Offer letter, Appraisal form for completing probation time, appraisal form for ending of the year.
    • Report to HR Manager such as: weekly report; monthly HR budget; monthly social insurance; Labor: PIT.
    • Coordinate with Operation Manager to check organization chart
    • Coordinate with HR Manager to prepare and implement monthly, yearly plan of recruitment and training.
    • Others tasks as requested.

    Yêu Cầu Công Việc
    • University degree.
    • At least 04 year experiences in same position.
    • Understanding of Labor law. Solid understanding of payroll and PIT.
    • Focus and can do attitude.
    • High level attention to details and accuracy.
    • Highly committed, passion, well organized, pro-active, honest, integrity, detailed, persevere and diligent.


    • Compensation: Attractive salary range + potential for performance bonus.
