    Viet Phuong Investment Group (VPG) is a large corporation engaging in several industries including mining, wood processing, real estate, automobile (Truong Hai Auto) , beer and beverage (Asian Brewery, Habada Brewery, Saeco coffee machines) in both Vietnam and overseas with 3000 staffs working in 50 subsidiaries.
    In coffee business (VPGCAFE), we are providing total solutions for customers including coffee beans/ground coffee, coffee machines, and customer services. Our vision is to be a leading total solutions provider in Vietnam. We are looking for talents to expand this business with requirements as follow:

    Position: Sales Supervisor
    1. Job Requirement:
    1.1. Education:
    -BA in economics, commerce, or business management, marketing is preferable
    1.2. Skills
    -Excellent communication skill
    -Excellent selling skills
    -Very good at networking skill
    -Excellent problem solving skill
    -Good negotiation skill
    -Fluent both written and spoken English
    -Good at MS Office
    1.3. Characteristics
    -High ego and energy
    -Extrovert, socialized, and doable person
    -Aggressive and self starter, able to work under high pressure
    -Confident, cheerful, trustworthy, professional looking
    1.4. Experience
    -At least 2 years related working experience
    -Experience in selling B2B
    -Experience with HORECA/FB channels
    -Experience in industry ofdomestic electric appliances is a plus

    2. Job Description
    -Sell products to HORECA customers and maintain good relationships with them.
    -Coordinate with other departments to best serve customers.
    -Propose products and selling policies for those customers
    -Collect and report competitors activities in the assigned territory
    -Achieve committed sales targets including revenue, expenses, account receivables, new customers acquisitions, and customers retention
    -Propose initiatives to improve sales performance
    -Periodically report to Sales Manager
